Cleaning really gross windows?
I have a three season sunroom in the upstairs of my home. It has older crank windows with 8 shutter like slats that open. However they are absolutely filthy. Caked in grime and dirt and it’s very difficult to get off. I’ve tried both regular and foaming window cleaner and it doesn’t seem to touch the caked on grime, just the surface level stuff! Any tips for really gross window cleaning? The slats are about 18 inches long and 4 inches wide so I can’t use a ton of pressure while cleaning them as I’m afraid they’ll snap.

Just had the windows professionally cleaned for the first time and wow…
Not normally something we’d spend on but we’re selling our house and need it to look nice.
