Interior and Exterior Window Cleaning For St. George, Washington, Ivins, and Santa Clara
Interior and Exterior Window Cleaning:
Let me say that nobody I know gets out of bed thinking, “Washing windows sure sounds fun. I didn’t before I started my window cleaning business. Now that I’ve been at it for a while I realize that dirty windows bother people a lot.
I hear my clients say, “I just noticed how grimy my windows were.”
Yep, we live in St. George and that is the reality. Dust storms, sprinkling ran, water being sprayed on windows from the lawn, sprinklers day after day creating hard water stains.
When I first started my business, First Impressions Home and Office Cleaning I din’t understand how dirty windows could get.
Window Cleaning Near Me
Dirty windows means a hunt for a good window cleaning service. Sometimes house owners do search for window cleaning near me. It might be that family is coming to visit. It could also be that the HOA mailed you a letter about your windows. The most likely thing that happened is you were outside and noticed how filthy the windows were. I understand. I ply my trade in communities all over. Those sometimes include Bloomington Hills, Washington Fields, Stone Cliff, Ivins, Santa Clara, and The Ledges.
I’m learning which areas have the most dirty windows. Also, which areas usually have bad sprinkler spraying, and I’ve learned that Kayenta, The Ledges, and Entrada have super high windows which can be extremely challenging to clean.

Window Cleaners St George, UT
If you’re looking for a great (not just good) window cleaner it might help to hire someone that has a lot of experience. Someone that has made the mistakes on someone elses windows and now knows what not to do.
Every window job has its own challenges.
Things I’ve run into are windows that fold out into the house so you can clean them without removing the window screen. Sometimes those residents have put up blinds that make it impossible to fold the windows in. My parents have that and some of their window screens haven’t been cleaned in 25 years.

Residential Window Cleaning
I mostly clean windows in homes. I get to work by myself, outside with only an occasional cat or dog or toad to keep me company. So what am I doing all that time?
I clean windows outside and also inside if the owner requests it.
I’m wiping down frames and tracks
I clean the window screens (sometimes I can’t get them off due to the house settling.)
I’m removing hand prints, dirty and dog nose prints (the worst).
I clean high windows. I’ve learned how to do this using only a short ladder.
If you live in Bloomington Ranches, SunRiver, Diamond Valley, or The Boulders, I’ve cleaned houses down the street from you.
Where there are windows, that’s where I go.

Commercial Window Cleaning
I also do commercial window cleaning for small businesses, offices, and storefronts. If you have customers coming to your store you know how fast your store windows get dirty.
Here are a few places I clean windows:
Storefront glass
Office buildings
Restaurants
Retail shops
Medical offices
I’ve cleaned windows near Costa Vida, Daylight Donuts, George’s Corner, and Panda Express, so if you’ve ever eaten there you’ve seen my handiwork.

Window Cleaning Prices
When it comes to window cleaning a big ask is “How much will this cost me?” I keep it simple and fair. No weird fees. No “surprise” charges. I charge $4 for a regular sized outside window (4’ X 4’ or so). I charge $2.42 for inside windows
The final price depends on:
- How many windows
- How dirty they are
- If you want inside, outside, or both
- If you’ve got high or tricky windows
Most homes in St. George fall somewhere between “pretty normal” and “wow, these windows haven’t been touched since the Obama years.” Either way, you’ll get the final price before I start.
